Data we collect
This website does not use analytics, profiling or marketing cookies, and does not include tracking scripts. We only process personal data in the following cases:
- Email correspondence: if you contact us via the email address or contact links on this site, we process the personal data you provide (e.g. name, email address, message content) solely to respond to your enquiry, on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in handling business communications.
- Google Maps embed: the Contact section of this site can optionally load an embedded Google Map to show our office location. This map is only loaded after you accept our cookie banner or actively click to show it. Once loaded, Google may set third-party cookies and process data according to its own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.
Legal basis and retention
We process personal data on the basis of consent (for the Google Maps embed) and legitimate interest or pre-contractual measures (for enquiries you send us). Data related to email enquiries is retained only for as long as necessary to handle the request and any related follow-up, and in any case not longer than required by applicable law.
Data sharing
